Delivery conditions change dramatically due to the nature of our products. A dozen TaylorMade golf balls is very different to a full GasMate outdoor kitchen, as such we provide quotes for distribution costs at the time of order placement.

 

Warranty Policy

Our warranty policy for sports goods and clothing from third-party manufacturers ensures that customers receive quality products backed by additional support. These items carry a warranty provided by the original manufacturer, covering material and workmanship defects for a specified period, typically up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or accidental damage. To initiate a warranty claim, customers should retain proof of purchase and contact our customer service team, who will facilitate communication with the third-party manufacturer to resolve the issue. Depending on the manufacturer's assessment, eligible items may be repaired, replaced, or credited in accordance with their warranty terms. We strive to support our customers by coordinating this process for a smooth and efficient experience.

14-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer a hassle-free 14-day returns policy for online purchases. Please review the following terms and conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. They must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  2. Exclusions: Certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and personalized or final sale items, are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons unless defective.

  3. Initiating a Return: To start the return process, contact our customer service team  with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

  5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note that shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

  6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, you may return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
